With ten years of experience as a project manager at an architectural firm, it was only natural for Kira Forman to make the transition to the exciting world of real estate. And what a smooth transition it’s been. One of the many things that sets Kira apart from other brokers is the knowledge she gained during those years: she’s well-versed in NYC Building Code and the DOB, and can easily educate her customers and clients about what to look for when considering purchasing. For her sellers, she’s able to give strategic recommendations to maximize potential profits, and make sure their property shows at its best.
A native Brooklynite, Kira has watched many neighborhoods transform and evolve over the past 30 years. Her love for Brooklyn shines through: she lives in Park Slope to this day. She knows all about Brooklyn’s culture and entertainment worlds. After attending St. Ann’s from K-12, Kira set of for Massachusetts, where she graduated from Clark University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Management. She puts those skills into action through her negotiation skills for buyers, sellers, and renters alike. Kira keeps the lines of communication open at all times, and is always available to her clients, night and day. Her customers can rest easy knowing their emails or calls will always be replied in a timely, efficient manner.
